Return & Refund Policy

We want every item you receive to be a meaningful reminder of your identity in Christ. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to walk with you through the next steps.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll carefully review the situation and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out—we’re glad to help clarify.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
