Shipping Policy
We’re grateful for every order and for the patience and kindness of our community as we prepare each package with care. As a small team, every order is packed by hand and prayed over before it goes out.
Order Processing Time
All orders are fulfilled in-house by a small team. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
During seasons of higher order volume (such as holidays, promotions, or launches), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your grace as we work carefully and faithfully.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping to additional locations in the future, and we’re grateful for your understanding as we grow thoughtfully and responsibly.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location:

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays can occur due to:

Limited staffing capacity
Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. That said, if something feels off, we’re always happy to help look into it with you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at store@globalpathways.org, and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we will walk with you through next steps and do our best to support you.
